SoluGrowth was founded in May 2018 by a group of experienced Business Leaders with a vision of creating a leading local Business Process Solutions (BPS) company with global reach. The SoluGrowth story began following a Management buyout of the BPS business from Deloitte Africa. SoluGrowth is a unique start-up comprised of former Deloitte Directors with BPS experience between 20 and 28 years, a large client base and a staff compliment of 230 employees. Our BPS business started in the year 2000 when we became a strategic outsourcing partner to 7 Public Sector entities.

I’ve had the pleasure of working for SoluGrowth, my current client and with some of my colleagues in SoluGrowth for much of my professional career since 2003. I’ve been part of many projects and enjoy adding value and solving problems for our clients daily. Being able to provide this service, to work with colleagues that have become friends and creating job opportunities in South Africa is really a privilege and a responsibility that I don’t take lightly.
I have worked at Deloitte since 2006 and specifically BPS (Business Process Solutions) a business unit of Deloitte since 2009 which eventually became the entity we know as SoluGrowth in May 2018. What has kept me loyal to this firm is the flexibility that exists and the exposure to new challenges and opportunities which have grown me professionally including the invaluable relationships developed in this time. What I have learnt is whether the client I am dealing with is the accountant or the CEO in my eyes they are both the client based on one of our core values being Client Centricity. It has always been a great reward having imparted value to our clients.
I have worked at other organisations, but nothing compares to my experience at SoluGrowth. At SoluGrowth we believe in teamwork, team cooperation and moving together towards a common vision, “Solutions for Growth”. One always gets an opportunity for growth, be it personal or professional, but especially Growth for our Clients.
Working at SoluGrowth has been a great learning experience for me. As an entrepreneur it’s wonderful being with an organization that allows creative leadership to thrive in a business. The business has inspired me to study a Masters in Digital Innovation as we gear up to go on digital transformation journeys with our clients.
